Fleming’s introduces the new Tickled Pink cocktail just in time for Valentine's Day. The sparkling elixir blends Belvedere Vodka with orange juice and raspberries, and a splash of Italian Mionetto Prosecco and at only 99-calories, neither you or your sweetie has to forgo New Year’s Resolutions. This is Fleming’s third low-calorie cocktail. At only 99 calories, it is half the calories of a standard martini.

Blue Bell’s first new flavor of 2011 gets its inspiration from the decadently comforting Chocolate Mud Pie. Blue Bell’s Chocolate Mud Pie Ice Cream is a creamy chocolate ice cream loaded with mixed-nut shortbread, a smooth milk chocolate sauce and a whipped topping swirl. Chocolate Mud Pie Ice Cream is now available in Arizona at Albertsons, Basha’s, Fry’s, Sunflower Market, WalMart, and Safeway. Also look for Mocha Almond Fudge and Tin Roof in your grocer’s freezer this month.

On Friday, February 25 HB Hanratty’s Pub and Truckin’ Good Food celebrate Arizona Beer Week. For $20 guests get a 3-course tasting plate of Truckin’s Parisian-style street food, 4 oz samples of four Arizona brews, plus their choice of a full pint, bottle or can of any of Hanratty’s Arizona beers. The evening is open and you can buy your ticket that night at the bar.

Fleming’s Chef Partner Jeff Fearing celebrates Arizona Beer Week with a cooking demo, tasting, and Q and A. He’ll answer timeless grill and suds questions while sharing tips and recipes to make you the master of your backyard domain.
